COVID 19 Regulations
Thank you for for your interest in Glen Eden Resort. With the current Covid 19 pandemic still with us, we have been allowed to re-open for nightly lodging if everyone exercises safe measures while visiting. If you have stayed with us previously, you will notice some changes to our operation due to the Colorado State regulations which we are being directed by. Until further notice, these are the new guidelines that will allow us to remain in the nightly rental business during these different times:
No Daily Service for guests. If you need additional supplies during your stay please contact our office.
Pool will be open by reservation only no groups over 10. Please contact our office. Bring your own towel, pool furniture will be disinfected daily and additional cleaning supplies will be at the pool for your use.
If you enter the lodge, you must wear a face covering and adhere to social distancing requirements.
Restaurant is open nightly for carry out food service and table service with some restrictions. They open at 4 daily. Delivery is available. Please call 970-879-9151 for details.
All Pets MUST be on a leash at all times. Pets cannot be left in cabins while their owner is gone. We will ask you to leave if the pet rules are not abided by. No refunds for pet violations.
In an effort to protect both our guests and staff members, our rentals will remain un-occupied for 72 hours between guests. We feel that this will give us ample time for any surface to be uncontaminated upon your arrival. We will not be entering any cabin for three days after a guest’s departure so we ask that you make sure all windows are closed, and all heaters turned off. If you could place your trash in the outside bin, it will be greatly appreciated by our Staff.
We will do everything possible to insure that your stay is both safe and memorable. While the current environment has posed some interesting challenges for us all, we remain hopeful that we can make the necessary adjustments, so that Glen Eden Resort can remain in business for years to come. Thank You for your understanding and adherence to these new guidelines. We will adjust these regulations as our Governor instructs us.
Please do not consider a trip to Glen Eden Resort if you have any symptoms or are not feeling well. At this time we hope everyone is exercising safe measures to avoid either transmitting or attracting the virus. Our small mountain community will appreciate your attention to all of these guidelines.
